With influences ranging from classic rock n' roll and blues, from rock ballads to 90's alternative, our music is a fusion of hard-energetic and melodic guitar riffs and soloing with a heartening introspective style.
Formed in 2018, On Call Band has quickly made waves in the music scene, captivating audiences with our dynamic performances and memorable hooks. Our debut performance was an opener for a famous band on March 16th, 2019 at Bethesda Blues & Jazz Super Club. It showcases our signature sound, earning praise for its warm, crystal-clear guitar tones and vocal harmonies.
From intimate venues to major festivals, On Call Band brings an electrifying presence to every stage we grace. Comprising our lead and rhythm guitars, bass, and percussion, each member brings a unique flair and passion that define our collective sound. With our experience and passion to write and play music, On Call Band continues to push boundaries and evolve creatively. Justin Vicera
Lead Guitar / Back-up Vocals
Justin Vicera is a versatile multi-instrumentalist and the current guitarist for OnCallBand. Immersed in diverse musical styles from an early age, Justin developed a profound proficiency accross a range of instruments, including guitar, piano, drums, bass and violin, and is also a skilled vocalist.
His extensive experience and dedication to his craft have earned him a reputation as a reliable personable, and adaptable performer. Continually honing his skills, Justin channels his passion for music into every note, blending exceptional tone with inventive creativity.

Desmond Vicera
Rhythm Guitar / Back-up Vocals
Desmond Vicera is a Filipino-American musician from Glen Burnie, MD, and a founding member of OnCallBand, established in 2018. As the band's original and sole guitarist, Desmond's musical influences span Alternative 90's rock, Blues and Classic Rock N' Roll.
In addition to performing, he composes original music and collaborates with his son, Justin, who joined the band in 2021 at just 13 years old, as well as with other local Maryland musicians.

Daniel Czyz
Drummer / Percussion
Daniel Czyz is a 21 year old, talented musician and graduate of Towson University. Daniel has honed his skills in music performance with a diverse background across genres, including rock, jazz, Latin, and RnB.
Proficient in multiple instruments, he showcases his versatility on the saxophone, euphonium, bass, guitar, and tuba, making him a dynamic presence in any musical setting. Daniel is passionate about exploring new sounds and collaborating with other artists to push the boundaries of his craft.
Craig Propert
Bassist
Craig Propert is a seasoned bassist with decades of experience across a variety of musical genres. His extensive career includes playing in bands such as Marvin Einstein, Forever Now, and 2nd Stage Band, where he explored classic rock, blues, and 80s & 90s alternative music. Additionally, Craig plays electric bass, upright bass, and harmonica with the original Country/Americana group, Lonesome Prospectors.
Known for his versatile sound, Craig plays Fender basses equipped with Aguilar pickups, paired with Aguilar amps, Barefaced speaker cabinets, and a selection of Aguilar pedals. Having recently retired from a career in engineering management, he now enjoys the freedom to pursue his passion for music and dive into long-neglected personal projects.

Drayden Warfel aka “Drago”

Meet Draden (aka Drago) – Our powerhouse new frontman/vocalist! At just 21, this singer-songwriter is already making waves with his bold stage presence, raw talent, and contagious energy. Ambitious and outgoing, Drago thrives in the spotlight, feeding off the crowd and turning every show into a wild ride. Jotor Torrevillas
Drummer / Percussion
Jotor Torrevillas has been a prominent figure in the East Coast music scene since 2012, drumming for various 90s-inspired bands. What began as a hobby has evolved into a lifelong passion. Known for his versatility and rock-driven style, Jotor’s drumming is deeply influenced by his idols, Phil Rudd and Charlie Watts. He believes in the power of simplicity with his motto: “Keep the 2 & 4… and the rest is history.” Professionally, Jotor is a Physical Therapist in a Home Care setting.
Jotor will be stepping back as a backup drummer due to increasing demands from work and family commitments. We appreciate his contributions and wish him all the best as he focuses on these important aspects of his life. You can follow him on Facebook and his YouTube channel.
Danilo Tinio
Bassist / Back-up Vocals
Danilo's musical influences span from the iconic 70's and 80's Classic Rock era to the dynamic sounds of Pinoy Rock legends. Inspire by the powerful rhythms of Juan dela Cruz Band and other classic Pinoy Rock heroes, he has woven these influences into his unique bass playing, creating a distinctive and resonant sound.
Due to his increasingly demanding schedule and the need to balance personal time, Danilo has decided to step back from his role as a full-time bassist. He will now contribute as a back-up bass player, continuing to share his talent and passion for music while managing his other commitments.
